5x5 CNC Router: The Large Square Format for Furniture and Sign Production

Five feet square isn’t the most common machine format, but it hits a specific sweet spot: large enough to nest two standard 30x30-inch panels side by side, large enough to process a full queen-size headboard without tiling, and compact enough that a single motor and gantry design remains adequate without full production-machine infrastructure.
